FLEET SERVICES

Let’s talk

Fleet Detailing Services

Reliable vehicle care for organizations that need consistency, not excuses.
In addition to personal vehicles, Glaze King Mobile Detail manages ongoing fleet detailing operations for a public housing authority. That work requires more than just cleaning vehicles — it requires scheduling, coordination, documentation, and consistent follow-through.
That same operational approach is applied to every organization we work with, beginning with a conversation to blueprint a scope of work that fits your specific needs.

Fleet Detailing Overview

Fleet detailing is not about a single perfect wash — it is about managing vehicles over time.
Our fleet services are designed to support organizations that rely on clean, presentable, and well-maintained vehicles as part of daily operations. This includes standard fleet vehicles, executive vehicles, and specialized equipment.

How We Support Fleets

Our current fleet scope of work may include:

•    Scheduling recurring vehicle details (monthly, rotating, or on-demand)
•    Coordinating directly with staff, drivers, or department leads
•    Tracking which vehicles are serviced and which are unavailable
•    Documenting reasons a vehicle was not detailed (out of service, off-site, repairs, etc.)
•    Performing visual condition and damage inspections
•    Providing flexible onsite service when possible
This structure keeps fleet operations organized and prevents vehicles from being overlooked month after month.

Executive Fleet Management

Executive fleet vehicles require a higher level of discretion, consistency, and attention to detail.
Executive fleet management is designed for leadership, administrative, and client-facing vehicles where appearance, reliability, and professionalism are critical. These services are handled with added sensitivity to scheduling, privacy, and presentation.

Executive fleet support may include:

•    Priority scheduling and coordination
•    Consistent service standards across visits
•    Enhanced interior and exterior presentation
•    Ongoing condition awareness
•    Discreet communication and follow-through

This service is ideal for executive leadership, senior staff, and high-visibility vehicles.

Specialty & Heavy-Duty Fleet Vehicles

Some fleets operate beyond standard sedans and SUVs.
We provide fleet support for specialty and heavy-duty vehicles, including but not limited to:

•    Work trucks
•    Passenger vans
•    Utility vehicles
•    Dump trucks
•    Rigs and tractor trailers
•    Equipment-adjacent service vehicles

Because these vehicles vary widely in size, usage, and condition, specialty fleet services are evaluated individually. Services are scoped after discussion and, when necessary, an in-person assessment.

How the Fleet Process Works

Fleet service is structured to be realistic, flexible, and accountable.

1.    Initial Conversation
We discuss vehicle types, estimated volume, usage, and service expectations.
2.    Service Plan Development
A plan is established — monthly, rotating, on-demand, or pilot-based.
3.    Service Execution
Vehicles are serviced onsite or at an agreed location with flexibility for daily operations.
4.    Activity Tracking
Completed vehicles, missed vehicles, and condition notes are documented.
5.    Ongoing Adjustments
Fleets change. Vehicles rotate. Schedules shift. Service adapts without disruption.

Fleet Pricing Structure

Fleet pricing is determined based on:

•    Vehicle type (sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, specialty units)
•    Vehicle condition at time of service
•    Frequency and consistency of service
•    Volume of vehicles being maintained

Fleet services follow a base-service plus add-on structure to ensure pricing remains fair and predictable.
If a vehicle requires additional time due to excessive debris, heavy soil, or condition-related issues, this is communicated before work begins.
In the absence of a fleet agreement, standard retail vehicle pricing applies.

Why Organizations Work With Us

Organizations do not just need a detailer — they need a dependable partner.
We are trusted to:

•    Show up when scheduled
•    Communicate clearly
•    Work around real-world operational constraints
•    Keep services organized and documented
•    Treat vehicles as operational assets, not one-off jobs

Whether you need ongoing fleet support, short-term coverage, executive vehicle care, or a reliable backup during service gaps, we welcome those conversations.
